In Paws for Thought, our professional dog grooming parlour, we accept all breeds from your chihuahua to your new foundland. Unless a dog is aggressive towards us then we wont turn it away. Even then, our fully trained groomers will try and find a way to help.

Any reasonable style you want your dog to have, we'll do it. Our services include a wash, blow dry, brush out, cleaning the ears and eyes, checking the anal glands, clipping the nails and a full cut. Sometimes though, a dogs hair can have become too matted, in this instance it is best to fully shave the coat and then let the dog regrow the new coat over. After grooming we will advise you, as the owner, on how to help keep the coat looking its best. After all, a dog is more relaxed having a groom done from someone it knows rather than a complete stranger. And a happy dog is a healthy dog. To keep all animals relaxed we try to keep the environment as calm as possible so as not to stress the dogs out.

If you just want you dogs nails clipping then just walk in during salon opening hours and we can usually do it there and then without an appointment.
